The main objective of our latest study was to check out the relationship of leukocytes in urine with capability of drinking water in a day. An enzyme leukocyte esterase is mostly present in white blood cells (WBCs). Due to bacterial urinary tract infection (UTI) in bladder and kidney, white blood cells pass into urine. We should drink 8 glass of water daily and follow 8 by 8 rule. Almost 100 subjects from Bahauddin Zakariya University were took part in our latest study. We used dipstick method for the measurement or checking of leukocytes in urine. In dipstick method dipstick strips were used on which different bands were present. Percentage (% age) parameter was used for the calculation of our latest research data. It was concluded that leukocytes in urine have no important relation with capability of drinking water in a day. From results it was concluded that males and females who drink 1-4 glasses in a day have 100% chance of leukocytes in urine.
The purpose of the existing study was to correlate normal pulse rate with freckles. There are 200 students participated in the present study. And they belong to Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. We calculated the pulse rate of different students and calculated its average value and standard deviation. We find out the probability factor. We made the questionnaire to connect the pulse rate with freckles.
A High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) have been developed for the estimation of Ivabradine Hydrochloride in bulk drug and pharmaceutical dosage form. The method is carried out using C18 column 250×4.6mm i.e. particle size 5µm and mobile phase consisting of Methanol: Water (50:50), at flow rate of 0.6ml/min. The column temperature is ambient. Eluents were monitored by UV detector set at 286nm. The method was statistically validated in terms of linearity, accuracy, precision and robustness in accordance with ICH guidelines Linear regression analysis data for the calibration plot showed that there was a linear relationship between response and concentration in the range of 08µgm/ml to 56µgm/ml and the correlation coefficient is 0.9998. Literature survey reveals analytical methods for the estimation of Ivabradine Hydrochloride from pharmaceutical dosage forms and also in biological fluids. The proposed method was found to be simple, precise, accurate, rapid and reproducible for the estimation of Ivabradine Hydrochloride in bulk drug and tablet.
Analytical method is an important quality control tool for estimation of percentage of drug in formulation. The developments of analytical methods for the determination of drugs in bulk, in dosage forms or in body fluids have received a considerable attention in recent years because of their importance in quality control, bioavailability and pharmacokinetic study etc. The aim and objective of the present review is to develop new simple, sensitive and validated UV spectrophotometric method for the estimation of drug in marketed formulation and Validation of developed Analytical methods according to standard guidelines.
During the period of menopause as an effect of changes in hormone status, this actually extends from 3 to 7 days in women. Hair fall problem is seen due to hormonal imbalance in this state. During this study hair fall due to hormonal imbalance is related to urine specific gravity Urine specific gravity is a test in which urine density is compared with the density of water. This test is simply known as urinalysis. Beets, carrots, rhubarb, blackberries, fava beans are rich of water and make the urine dilute. Dipstick procedure is used to check the specific gravity and if specific gravity is between 1.002 -1.030 it comes under normal state. If it is above 1.010 it specifies mild dehydration, higher value indicates more dehydration. Relation between hair fall and urine specific gravity is found significant.
